Entry Guidelines & FAQs

The Earned First Awards exist to elevate the standard of earned communications practice—recognising work defined by strategic judgement, credibility and measurable impact rather than campaign scale or media spend. Entries are judged by an independent jury of senior leaders from across Asia-Pacific against four published criteria.

Key rules:
  • Maximum 1,500 words per entry, plus supporting earned evidence.
  • Entrants may use a single form to enter a single piece of work in up to 3 categories across groups. However, the Confidential/Specialist and Leadership groups must be entered independently and cannot be combined with other category groups
  • Sensitive client data may be marked as confidential, but outcome evidence is mandatory
  • The Grand Prix is not open for direct entry—it is selected by the jury from all category winners.
